How long does onboarding take?+
Most properties go live on Airbnb within 7 to 14 days from your free assessment. We handle photography, listing setup, pricing strategy, and Airbnb account creation if you don't already have one.
Do you only manage Atlantic Seaboard properties?+
Our specialist focus is the Atlantic Seaboard: Camps Bay, Clifton, Bantry Bay, Sea Point, Fresnaye, Green Point, Mouille Point and the V&A Waterfront. We also manage select properties in the City Bowl and have a portfolio property in Plettenberg Bay.
What does it cost to use Cosi Stay?+
Commission-only. No setup fees, no retainers, no lock-in contracts. You only pay when your property earns. Exact commission depends on your property type and service level. See our fees page or request a free assessment for a precise quote.
Will I lose control of my property?+
No. You keep full control. We manage on your behalf and report monthly. You set the rules, you choose owner-blocked dates, and you can opt out of any booking. We just handle the operational work so you don't have to.
