Darren started Cosi Stay after managing his own Cape Town property and experiencing firsthand how poorly most management companies treated owners — slow communication, opaque reporting, and a clear priority on volume over quality.

He built Cosi Stay to be the company he wished had existed. A deliberately small portfolio. Personal attention on every property. Full transparency, always. And a commission-only model that means Cosi Stay only wins when you win.

Based in Camps Bay, Darren manages every client relationship personally. When you contact Cosi Stay, you reach Darren directly — not a call centre, not an account manager. That's not a policy. It's the whole point.
